Successful Opening of First Teen Center at Eastridge Mall

The first Teen Center at Eastridge Mall opened its doors to 60 teens on Jan. 25. The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Evergreen Community Center, with the support of Councilmember Sylvia Arenas and Eastridge Center, will provide teen-centered programming on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Eastridge Mall Teen Center through the summer. Youth ages 12-17 are welcomed to register at the Teen Center or at Evergreen Community Center. There is no cost to participate in the programs.
