Alum Rock Park
  • North Rim Trail starting at the Weather Loop (Closed Monday thru Friday but opened on the weekend)
  • Falls Road after the bridge and Mineral Spring Creek Trail (Closed Monday thru Friday but opened on the weekend)
  • Horse Trail
  • Sycamore and South Rim Trail

Almaden Lake Park
  • Climbing Rope Attraction in the Playground on the west side of park

  • Cimarron Park Spring Rocker is closed and currently under repair
  • Danna Rock Park swing under repair
  • Fowler Creek Park hand rail replacements at various locations throughout the park
  • Groesbeck Hill Park playgrounds (both) are closed permanently.
    Community Meeting to discuss planning for new playgrounds:
    • When: Thursday, July 26, 2018 7:00 PM-9:00 PM.
    • Where: Evergreen Islamic Center, 2486 Ruby Ave, San Jose, CA 95148
  • Hummingbird Park Playground
  • Lake Cunningham Regional Park Drop Zone feature closed and currently under repari
  • Mayfair Park:
    • One swing removed due to damage. Repair pending parts arrival.
    • Slide severely damaged and removed. In design phase for new playground features.
    • Rubber surfacing damage scheduled for repair
  • Santana Park playground equipment temporarily closed
  • Vista Park Basketball court
  • West Evergreen Park Dragon Climber vandalized Repair being scheduled

Plaza De Cesar Chavez
Due to the major flooding of the electrical system at the Plaza de Cesar Chavez Fountain last winter, we are sad to report it is, unfortunately, inoperable. We are working with several agencies to repair, inspect and get it splashing, safely, so that our residents can enjoy the downtown icon.
